Chester Adult Phab (People Have ABilities)
Phab’s aim is to promote and encourage people of all abilities to come together on equal terms to achieve complete inclusion within the wider community. One Way it does this is through a nationwide network of Phab Clubs.
Phab, a national charity founded in 1957 resulting from a young disabled man called Terry Rolfe saying he wanted “Opportunity and not Pity”.

Chester Ad-Phab Social Club is a social inclusive club for people with and without disabilities and meets on the second Monday of every month at:
